Plusnet (including John Lewis Broadband) has today joined the automatic compensation scheme, which means its broadband and landline customers will get money back when things go wrong, without having to ask for it.
Firms that are signed up to the scheme will provide compensation for delayed repairs following a loss of service, missed repairs or provision appointments, and delays to the start of a new service.
Plusnet (including John Lewis Broadband) is the latest provider to sign up to the scheme since its launch in April 2019. Ten providers are now signed up.
