About this document
This document sets out Ofcom's proposal to revoke certain directions granting 'Code powers' to the following companies:
- Fibernet UK Limited (with company registration number 02940263);
- RSL Cityspace Limited (with company registration number 03169833);
- Level 3 Communications Limited (with company registration number 03514850); and
- allpay Limited (with company registration number 02933191
The grant of Code powers is intended to assist persons that provide an electronic communications network and/or system of conduits. The specified companies have informed Ofcom that they are no longer making use of those powers and have requested Ofcom to revoke the directions.
