Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2. AA standard due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Pages with checkboxes and radio buttons are not properly presented to screen readers, and it may be difficult for screen reader users to understand the purpose of some questions. This fails Success Criterion 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value.
- Some fields are not clearly identified as mandatory, which may lead to errors within the form. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions.
- Content within pop-up boxes is not properly presented to screen reader users. This may be difficult to understand the purpose of the pop-up box. This fails Success Criterion 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value.
- Some status messages, including “loading”, are not presented to screen reader users. This fails Success Criterion 4.1.3 Status Messages.
- Search fields are not properly labelled. This may be difficult for users to understand how to use these field types. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions.
- A mechanism to skip repeated content is not available. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks.
- The tab order of some elements is not logical. This may be difficult for screen reader and keyboard users to discern where they are on the page. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.3 Focus Order.
- Some focus indicators do not meet the minimum colour contrast. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible.
- Not all page titles are unique. This may be difficult for screen reader users to discern what page they’re on. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.2 Page Titled.
We plan to fix the above by December 2025.
