Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2. AA standard due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Toggle components use only colour to identify their purpose. This fails Success Criterion 1.4.1 Use of Color (Level A).
- The tab order of some elements is not logical, and keyboard focus is reset after selection of some technical data. This may make it difficult for screen reader and keyboard users to discern where they are on the page. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.3 Focus Order.
- Some content, such as confirmation messages, application summaries, and search results are not presented to screen readers, which makes is difficult for users to understand context, and to know when their actions are complete. This fails Success Criterion 4.1.3 Status Messages.
- Some focus indicators are not clear, this may be difficult for keyboard user to identify where they are on a page. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible.
- Some content such as contact selection is not usable with a screen reader. This fails Success Criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships.
- Some errors are not clearly identified within application forms, this can make it difficult for users to make corrections. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.1 Error Identification.
- Some fields are not clearly identified as mandatory, which may lead to errors within the form. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (Level A).
- Some menus cannot be closed using a keyboard, this can make it difficult for keyboard users to navigate away from those menus. This fails Success Criterion 2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap.
- Some buttons look visually inactive due to the colours used; this may lead users to think buttons are not usable. This fails Success Criterion 1.4.1 Use of Color.
- Some buttons are incorrectly labelled as links. This may lead users to assume their function is different to that of a button. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions.
We plan to fix the above by June 2026.
