Proposal to revoke Code powers from certain companies

Statutory notification under section 107(6) of the Communications Act 2003.

This document sets out Ofcom’s proposal to revoke certain directions granting ‘Code powers’ to a number of companies.

The grant of Code powers is intended to assist persons that provide an electronic communications network and/or system of conduits. The specified companies have informed Ofcom that they are no longer making use of those powers and have requested that Ofcom revoke the directions applying Code powers in their case.
