If a programme was broadcast at or after 23:00 on 31 December 2020, the most recent version of the Broadcasting Code will apply.
This document sets out the definition of “larger parties” as applies to Section Six of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code and the Ofcom rules on Party Political and Referendum Broadcasts.
