This document sets out proposed Regulations for the award by auction of radio spectrum licences in the 2.3 and 3.4 GHz bands.

The proposed Regulations give effect to the policy decisions set out in a statement published on 26 May 2015 and a statement published on 8 October 2015.

Notice of Ofcom’s proposal to make a limitation order in connection with the award of spectrum in the 2.3 and 3.4 GHz bands

Ofcom has decided that it is appropriate to limit the number of licences to be awarded in relation to the Bands for the purpose of securing efficient use of the electro-magnetic spectrum and efficient use in particular of the Bands.
