This statement confirms that, following a formal consultation, the Wireless Telegraphy (Short Range Devices) (Exemption) Regulations 2009 (the Regulations) were made by us on 7 July 2009, and are coming into force on 17 July 2009. The Regulations can be obtained through the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI).
