This statement confirms that, following a formal consultation, the Wireless Telegraphy (Mobile Communication Services on Aircraft) (Exemption) Regulations 2008 (the “MCA Regulations”) were made by us on 10 September 2008, and are coming into force on 1 October 2008. A copy of the MCA Regulations can be obtained through the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI)
