This statement presents our decision to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Mobile Communication Services on Aircraft) (Exemption) Regulations 2014 (the “Regulations”).

This decision follows our recent Statutory Notice entitled “Notice of proposals to make Wireless Telegraphy (Mobile Communication Services on Aircraft) (Exemption) Regulations 20141 (the “Notice”) which we published on 11 February 2014.
