This statement presents our decision to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Limitation of Number of Licences) Order 2014 (the “Limitations Order”).(-1-) This decision follows on from our recent Statutory Notice entitled “Notice of proposals to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Limitation of Number of Licences) Order(-2-) (the “Notice”) which we published on 27 November 2013.
