This statement presents our decision to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (the ‘Regulations’).

It addresses the issues raised by stakeholders in response to our Statutory Notice entitled “Notice of proposals to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 20121 (the ‘Notice’), which we published in January 2012, and explains that we have decided to make the Regulations as proposed, with some minor changes.
