This statement presents our decision of 18 April 2013 to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (the ‘Regulations’).

It addresses the issues raised by stakeholders in response to our Statutory Notice entitled “Notice of proposals to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence charges) (Amendment) Regulations 20131 (the ‘Notice’), which we published on 1 March 2013.
