This statement presents our decision to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”).

This decision follows our recent Statutory Notice entitled “Notice of proposals to make the Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) Regulations 20131 (the “Notice”) which we published on 24 April 2013 and it explains that we have decided to make the Regulations.
