Draft determination to resolve Disputes between H3G and each of O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone about mobile termination rates for calls to ported numbers

On 18 March 2008 Hutchison 3G UK Limited (H3G) referred four separate disputes (together the Disputes) with other Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to Ofcom for resolution under section 185(1)(a) of the Communications Act 2003 (the Act). H3G submitted that it was in dispute with each of Telefonica UK O2 Limited (O2), Orange Personal Communications Services Limited (Orange), T-Mobile (UK) Limited (T-Mobile) and Vodafone Limited (Vodafone) (together the other MNOs) regarding the current method of charging mobile call termination rates where calls are routed to a ported number.
