The purpose of this document is to publish the conclusions of Ofcom’s consultation regarding consent for BT to introduce the price changes set out in Annex 3 without requiring BT to comply with the 90 days’ advance written notice as required under the relevant significant market power (SMP) condition imposed upon it following the leased lines market review.
