Video-on-demand services which meet a set of specific criteria (PDF, 137.8 KB) should be regulated by Ofcom. These services should therefore be notified to Ofcom by providing us with the relevant information about the service. See our list of video-on-demand programme services which have been notified (PDF, 263.5 KB).
