Abusive calls

Abusive or threatening calls, whether from people you know or from strangers, are a criminal offence.

Call your phone provider and ask to speak to their nuisance calls team.

If the caller is making threats to you or your family and you believe those threats to be real, call 999 straight away.

If you believe that the threats are not immediate, call your local police station on 101.
