Public consultation on the procedures to be followed by Ofcom in the handling of all standards complaints and cases in programmes, advertising and sponsorship for television and radio.
The deadline for comments is 15 December 2003.

Ofcom will be conducting a full public consultation on the handling of broadcast complaints in Summer 2004.
A Plain English Summary of our complaints procedures for television and radio will be published shortly.
