This statement confirms that, following a formal consultation, the Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption and Amendment) Regulations 2010 (the Regulations) were made by us on14 October 2010, and are coming into force on 1 November 2010 . The Regulations can be obtained through the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI). (-1-)
