Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-accessible content listed below.
Non-accessible content
- Empty form field labels on login controls so information about these controls will not be presented to the user. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2
- No hyperlink on AIS URL so users cannot activate it with their mouse or keyboard. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.4
- Heading structure missing on help and FAQs page. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.6
- Heading structure missing on login page. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.6
- Poor focus indicator when using Internet Explorer. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.7
- Low colour contrast on “breadcrumb trail”. This fails Success Criterion 1.4.3
- Missing and empty form labels on Antenna Selection screen. This fails Success Criterion 3.3.2
- Page titles are not unique, they do not describe their purpose. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.2
The above content is in development and we aim to fix it by January 2021.
Disproportionate burden
The following use a third-party application:
- Frequency box is not resized when using browser zoom. This fails Success Criterion 1.4.10
- Date and time picker are not keyboard accessible. This failed Success Criterion 2.1.1
- PDFs presented after a clearance is submitted are not accessible. This fails Success Criterion 1.1.1
The following requires high development effort. There are no more than 5 links to skip on each page before reaching the main content.
- No skip repeated content links. This fails Success Criterion 2.4.1
We’ve assessed the cost of fixing these issues and we believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.
